This newly renovated 2 bedroom brick home was built in 1950 with all of the charm and comforts of home. It has a spacious layout, original hardwood floors, and is located 1/2 a mile from Eastern Kentucky University. Relax in either of the bedrooms, in the living room, or under the gazebo out back. This was the cutest place! It was beautifully decorated and welcoming. The coffee bar was especially well stocked! The rooms were great, each with a comfortable king sized bed. We also loved the double sink in the bathroom. It’s also walking distance from downtown Richmond.

Such a beautiful place!! We were in town for a conference so we didn't get to spend much time at the house, but we wishes we could have. The beds were so comfortable! And there were so many mirrors (there are never enough places to get ready in the houses we have rented in the past, so this was a huge plus for us!)

Excellent as always! This was the second time we’ve stayed. The house is comfortable and well cared for. We love the location which is walking distance to downtown, the library, campus, and our favorite coffee shop. Though there is a great coffee set up in the house as well. It’s well stocked with kitchen gear, towels, etc. The host is easy to communicate with. It’s a small thing but I also love the abundance of real plants in the house.
