Interior was brand new and very clean. Great location. Owners were very nice and I’ll definitely stay here again!

I have to assume this may have been an accidental rating, as this property is consistently one of our most popular and well-loved, thanks in large part to the care and attention the owners have put into it. We didn’t receive any messages or calls during your 5-night stay, and even reached out to check in and make sure everything was going well. If there were any issues, we truly wish you had let us know while you were here so we could have had the chance to address them right away. We also followed up after checkout to ask for feedback on how we can improve, but didn’t receive a response. As you can imagine, receiving a low rating without any communication or explanation is disappointing, especially given how hard we work to deliver exceptional experiences. Our team typically receives 4- and 5-star reviews on 95% of our stays, and we take every opportunity to improve when we fall short. If there was something specific that didn’t meet your expectations, we’d genuinely appreciate the chance to learn from it.
