All concerns reported during your stay were addressed promptly, and we worked to resolve them as quickly as possible within the limitations of island logistics. We’re pleased to share that the property has since been upgraded with Starlink, now providing fast and reliable internet service to you and future guests.
Regarding the refrigerator, after initial repair attempts, we determined that replacing it with a brand-new unit was the best long-term solution to ensure reliability and guest comfort.
The roof leak was a newly identified issue, and we appreciate your assistance in managing the situation before our repair team could arrive.
As for the water supply, this home operates on a community water system that delivers water twice weekly. Homes in this area require manually activating a valve and pump to fill the cistern. While this is typical for this part of the island, we understand it can be an adjustment for longer stays like yours.
We are happy that you fulfilled your original booked stay and extended for 2 additional weeks.
