Magnolia House is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. It is located in a vacation home community with 2600' of beach, 2 docks, 3 swimming pools, an exercise room and an on-site Deli/market. Enjoy the spacious open floor plan with living room, dining area and full sized kitchen. The master bedroom with private bath and 2nd bedroom as well as a guest bathroom and laundry room are all on the main level with an additional queen size bed and office area in the loft.
