Condo and facilities were amazing! Everything was clean. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Our family enjoyed and we will definitely be back. Host was super nice and easy to get in touch with. Only hiccup we had was there was no fitted sheet for the sofa bed (we made it work with other blankets and that’s were the kiddos slept). Would def recommend this host and place. All the amenities were clean and amazing and you cannot get better food than the quarter deck bar and grill! We ate there several times.

Great location. Great value. The condo was very quiet even on a holiday weekend. Liked the amenities especially a bar and grill onsite during the busy holiday weekend. Enjoyed the extra food truck too. Condo was spacious. MB mgmt was prompt to respond and & easy to work with. Could be a tad cleaner - good amt of dirt under bed and on utility closet, Bathroom & kitchen were clean. Internet was intermittent. Glad none of us had to work remotely while there. (But we did not contact mgmt since it wasn't a necessity for the weekend).

The good things first:The complex itself was very good for families. It has multiple pools, including a nice lazy river, and very convenient beach access. The condo itself was well equipped with all the basic items needed for the stay.It is important to note the timing policy:Check-in is at 4:00 PM and not 3:00 PM like many other places, and check-out is already at 10:00 AM instead of 11:00 AM. In addition, management was not flexible at all regarding these times.The main issue starts the moment you step out of the elevator on the fifth floor. There is a very strong and unpleasant smell of urine mixed with garbage. Right near the elevator there are open trash bins, which creates a very unpleasant atmosphere as soon as you arrive on the floor.Unfortunately, the issue continues inside the condo itself. Throughout the entire stay there was a constant musty and damp smell inside the unit. It was unpleasant and significantly affected the overall experience.

Ben, We had a guest departing the same day you checked in. You asked for early/late checkouts with no notice. We already had housekeeping scheduled and could not accommodate your request. Furthermore, we never received any complaints from you during your stay about a smell. I had multiple guests on the same floor who did not complain and left stellar reviews. It is disheartening that you would leave a 1-star review.
