The open-plan living area features brand-new modern designer furniture, an 85" Samsung Smart TV with Netflix, a wood-burning fireplace, and high-speed WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the pool and garden with everything needed for home-cooked meals.
Every room has brand-new air conditioning (heating, cooling and dehumidifier) for year-round comfort.
Outdoor highlights: private swimming pool with new sun loungers, covered BBQ area with outdoor dining for 6, enclosed garden safe for children, and free parking for 2 cars.

You'll have the entire villa exclusively to yourself — all 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living area, garden, pool and BBQ area.

Free private parking for 2 cars on the property. The villa is on a quiet residential street with easy access to the main road toward Praia da Luz (3 km) and Lagos (7 km).

A rental car is recommended for exploring the Algarve. Uber/Bolt rides: ~5 EUR to Praia da Luz, ~8 EUR to Lagos.
Beach kit provided: umbrella, cool box, snorkels and beach towels.
Nearest supermarket (Intermarche): 4 min drive. Nearest restaurant: 3 min drive.
