NEWLY FURNISHED HOME ( 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths) in Temple, Texas is ideal for families, couples, students, business professionals, groups of friends and healthcare workers. It can host up to 6 GUESTS (SINGLE UNIT) and offers everything needed for a memorable and comfortable stay.



All three bedrooms feature PLUSH BEDS, CEILING FANS, AND LARGE WINDOWS for natural light. Each room includes a SMALL WORKSTATION WITH A DESK AND CHAIR, perfect for working remotely or catching up on reading. The neutral décor with minimalist touches creates a serene and spacious atmosphere. Each unit has a private, fence backyard.



You’ll have access to the entire home except for the owner’s closet. Garage parking designated for one vehicle with additional driveway and street parking.



NESTLED IN A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD, THIS DUPLEX IS JUST MINUTES FROM BAYLOR SCOTT & WHITE HOSPITAL, VA MEDICAL CENTER, AND DOWNTOWN TEMPLE, offering easy access to dining, shopping, and local attractions. You’re also only an hour from Austin, 2 hours from Dallas-Fort Worth, and 30 minutes from Waco.



This single-story duplex features a spacious open-style living room that seamlessly connects to the kitchen and dining area. The home’s décor is elegant yet cozy, with a neutral color palette and vibrant accents. The backyard offers a fenced, private outdoor space with a propane fire pit and seating, perfect for evening relaxation. Unit A of this contemporary duplex, this single-story house is situated on the left side and boasts a private, fenced backyard. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by a wide concrete driveway leading to an automated gated garage, with space for one car. A small green lawn enhances the curb appeal, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The yard could have had easier access. The river rocks that are directly in front of the kitchen door were very hard to walk on as you go to the backyard. I twisted my knee and didn't enjoy the yard at all
