100' Level Lakefront Beach

This is a 1500 sf all season home located across from Anyela's Winery on the West Side of Skaneateles Lake. The house and large deck are located close to the water's edge on a westernmost point south of the Skaneateles Country Club. This property has lake views from the North to the South end of the Lake.

Enjoy the level lakefront beach and dock.

Interior remodeling work and new furnishings were completed in June 2016.

The view as soon as entering the adorable home is STUNNING! It was impeccably clean and perfectly stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay as far as pillows and blankets and plenty extra even! The kitchen is very well stocked as well with glasses, dishes, etc. The coastal decor is perfect for the lake atmosphere; The home is very beautifully updated! We had a lovely couple days in Skaneateles (wish we could stay longer!) We were traveling with 4 teenagers and were all very comfortable. I would definitely rent again, and VERY much look forward to!

Cannot say enough about this property. Stayed 3 nights for a girls weekend and couldn’t ask for more. Have never had a home with such a well appointed kitchen and so many towels and cozy blankets! The house was immaculate and communication with Anne was wonderful. Will be back.

Perfect parent get away!

It is a great location for Syracuse events and for spending quality time with family. It offers beautiful lake access and is close to fine dining in Skaneateles.

Everything was absolutely fantastic! Anne is a wonderful host. Very kind, responsive, and proactive with communication. Her lake house is gorgeous. Beautifully renovated, it is an idyllic location. Amazing beach, stunning stone steps bordered by hydrangeas that were in full bloom. A truly delightful stay for my wife and I and our 3 kids. Lovely House on the Lake

Lovely house, inside and out, right on the lake and not far from town, with everything you could need. It was perfect for a family/friends getaway. The host/owner was very helpful and provided a lot of information about the area that made our stay more enjoyable.

We enjoyed ourselves with the stay at the house very much. It was so wonderful and beautiful. And Mrs ANNE LEE is so kind and wonderful. After visiting Metropolitan opera etc from Japan, we visited the house by renta-car. The house and the lake are so nice and so wonderful. And the winery near the house is also wonderful.
