The apartment is walking distance to Moorhead State Campus, 2 blocks from Vic’s bar, a block away from a park where there is a playground, swings, and basketball court. Walking distance from `The Freeze`, which has fast food ice cream. Half mile from grocery store, liquor store, gas station, & Dairy Queen or Subway. It is in a neighborhood where there is a mix of low income apartment housing, single family homes, and a block away from a trailer court. It’s not in an upscale neighborhood. There is a Jefferson Lines stop about 2 blocks away. Only a 4 minute Uber to downtown Fargo.
