Cleanliness

The room and shower was a a little dirty. The doors to the fridge should be switched to the other side for easier access. Other than that, the place was great. There was a nice big tv with a dining set and the AC was nice and cold.

Nice Stay

This property seems to be a room in a converted hotel. It's in a super-convenient location just off US-395/I-580. The airport, Costco Reno & a Walmart Supercenter are all within 2 miles. Check-in was a cinch, requiring no keys. While there was no oven, there was a microwave & 2-burner stovetop. All appliances were modern. Everything was clean. There appeared to be a Wi-Fi access point or router right in the room, so connectivity was 5-out-of-5. Laundry facilities are shared & clean/tidy, paid via a cellphone app. The owner was very responsive to all messages. We would not hesitate to lodge here again.

The studio was very dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped recently. There were no bath mats by the shower and no washcloths available besides one in the kitchen. The shower had obviously not been cleaned either. There was hair all over in it.I was very disappointed and ended up checking out early. The host was very responsive and gave me a refund.
