We are David and Denise Quirk, your hosts. We welcome you to our lovely apartment in beautiful downtown historic Sparks! Sparks is a railroad town, as you will see when you wander down Victorian Avenue.

Tori is an incredible host and property is exceptionally tidy and clean.Kitchen is well supplied with mostneeded cooking utensils for eating in. Near many fine restaurants and take-outsWe stayed a weekend and had nearly all the conveniences of home.Very much appreciate host Tori being available for any concerns.Would absolutely stay again when in the area and would recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

It was such a pleasure working with Tori - she was quick to respond, gave clear information and is just a lovely person. The apartment was spotless, beds very comfortable - even the Murphy bed which was made up for my 98 mother as I'd requested (the other beds would have been a little tall for her) - parking was super convenient & Tori's breakfast recommendation was outstanding. It was a quick stay for us on our way home, no cooking or hanging out, but we'd happily stay longer if we're in the area again.

If I had to point out, one criticism at all is that the Murphy bed was more comfortable than the beds in the rooms; however, this could be attributed to my dislike of FIRM mattresses. LOL

Hi. Right after your stay, we just put on 3 inch foam toppers on each mattress. We were waiting for them to get in so hopefully when you come back into town and you choose us as your host, you can tell us how the beds feel with the toppers now 😊 we look forward to hosting you again when you come back to the area.

Tori practically held our hands while helping us with everything from checking in to looking for RX sunglasses we thought we left. Thank you!The location was perfect for proximity to the places we went. Especially appreciated plenty of comfortable seating for all of us to hang out together.

The unit was fantastic, and the price was incredibly reasonable for what you received!We were so grateful for the parking spot right in front of the door; it made unloading our bags and dogs super easy. Tori was very helpful, and their instructions were easy to follow. I also appreciated their quick responses while we were traveling and their check-in with us halfway through to make sure everything was going well.The unit was nicely arranged, and I managed to set up two dog kennels without feeling cramped. One of them is a large kennel for a husky mix, which is quite an achievement in my own apartment! The furniture was comfortable for relaxing when we weren’t out and about, and having a washer and dryer available (with detergent included!) was a huge help when we had some food-related mishaps while eating out. The fully stocked kitchen was also a huge plus, making it easy to eat leftovers with plates, forks, and everything else readily available.I highly recommend staying here if you have the chance, especially if you’re traveling with pets!
