Located in the Shipyard Plantation...1 mile from Sea Pines near the South end of the island. King Master Suite with full bath and Queen Bedroom with full bath. This villa accommodates maximum of 6 (queen sleeper sofa in living room), second bedroom on opposite end of hall and has its own bath room.
Beautiful view of one of the three golf courses in the Shipyard Plantation with a lagoon separating the condo from the golf course. The entire grounds in the Plantation are subtropical and picturesque. This villa has a very quiet and private setting because of the layout in this particular unit.
EVIAN POOL: 5 minute walk from villa.
PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS: for Shipyard Plantation guests is a short 1 mile bike ride from villa. Limited parking is available.
EVIAN TENNIS COURTS: are available on first come basis.
SHIPYARD GOLF: Choose combination of three 9 hole courses. Sign up & pay at golf clubhouse.
BIKE RIDING: Many companies across the island will deliver bikes directly to the condo during your stay.
There are so many things to do: Bike/roller-blade/walking trails encompass the entire plantation. Fishing, swimming, golfing, tennis, bike rentals and beach rentals are on site. Playhouse theatres, movie theatres, bands and dancing, dining for every palate and budget, including all fast food restaurants and the 24 hour -- Hilton Head Diner. Miniature golf seems to be a very desirable and exciting thing to do here. Horse back riding is offered in Sea Pines Plantation and boats can be rented also.
Shopping malls and outlet stores are plentiful along with exquisite furniture and linen and clothing specialty shops. Family entertainers in amphitheater settings is the island's 'calling card'. Deep sea fishing, parasailing, and scuba diving are more adventurous sports to choose. Musical entertainment can be found on various nights in several of the restaurants.

Why they chose this property
We've enjoyed the Hilton Head Island area prior to purchasing here. Our son learned to ride a bike in the parking lot outside our villa door several years ago. We have fond memories of that first vacation in Evian and try to get back each year to create more lasting memories. The setting is so beautiful and the slow pace of life is a stark contrast to the busy life at our main home.
What makes this property unique
In a few short steps, one can gain access to the Evian tennis courts and pool. Getting to the beach via foot or 1 mile bike ride gives you up close sites and scents of plant and animal life in native tropical backdrop. Limited motor vehicle parking is also available at the Beach Club lot and adjacent hotel lots with shuttle service to the beach.
BIkes delivered to the villa door are the best ways to see the island. Level flat ground make peddling very easy.
We enjoy the beach at sunrise. But the dark night sky on the beach is like viewing an IMAX film in 3D with 'sensaround'! It seems you can pluck the stars from the sky.
Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping are a short drive from front or rear gates of the community.
