Evian 200 - Beautiful 2 BR/ 2BA 2nd Floor Flat.
Two bedroom villa located in the gated community of Shipyard. Convenient to all of the amenities of Hilton Head Island's south end. The beautiful landscaped grounds overlook the golf course and the on- site pool is just a 3 minute walk from this unit. In addition, the on site tennis courts are just across the parking lot. Enjoy easy access to the bike paths that wind throughout the gated community of Shipyard. Sit on the beautiful outside deck just off of the kitchen and enjoy wonderful views of the golf course. This unit is less than a mile from the Shipyard Beach Club which is walkable or an easy bike ride. The primary bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a double bed along with 2 twin beds. This unit is perfect for families with children. Shipyard itself offers easy access via the Pope Avenue gate to the bustling Coligny Beach area which has numerous shops, restaurants as well as the new Low Country Celebration Park which features a play ground for kids.
