Welcome to Cabana Caballeros! This midcentury pad in Sunny Palm Springs, CA features an ultra-private back yard with a tranquil cabana. The convenient location on a quiet street is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and Starbucks. Downtown is just a 5 minute drive or Uber ride away, while the spacious and green Victoria Park is less than 1/4 mile walk. Whether you`re staying with us for a weekend or a season, you`ll be sure to enjoy all conveniences of home here in paradise.
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a 5 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs with shopping, dining, nightlife and gaming. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, hiking & biking trails are also nearby.
Spa heat is included in your rental rate. Pool heat is an additional charge invoiced prior to check-in. In order to fully enjoy our gorgeous swimming pool, we highly recommend ordering pool heat at least 2 days prior to check-in...especially Oct-May. Pool heating rates are as follows: 2-3 nights ($69/night); 4-7 nights ($59/night); 7-28 nights ($49/night); 29+ nights (inquire).
Extended seasonal stays are available! Inquire about special rates for 29+ nights.
We are fortunate to be one of the few cities in the Coachella Valley that allows short-term rentals. To maintain this privilege, all guests must abide by the local law. Palm Springs City Ordinance 2075 is very specific and highly enforced.
* Outdoor music is not permitted at any time - day or night.
* Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 10:00AM.
* A maximum of 3 vehicles are permitted.
