Great place but unresponsive host

The stay was great. The place was very clean and the neighbors were very friendly. My only issue is I still haven't received my security deposit back. I have contact the host a couple times about it with no response

Comfortable

We had a three day stay for my daughter’s graduation. The penthouse turned out to be a really good find. It is a large, double, unit. The views are spectacular. The beach is beautiful. We had a visiting seal on the beach one of the days.Only real complaint is there is zero communication (other than the canned instructions on access) from the host. And there are no supplies for cleaning. No dish towels or rags, no dishwasher tabs, no hot pads. All manageable things that ended up not being a huge deal. However, it would have been nice to have some answered to questions we had. Oh, also, the parking instructions were wrong, so we go a warning:/ And the building is under renovations.All in all, I’d rent again, and just hope some of the minor issues were fixed.
