Originally known as Potters Camp in the early 1900s, Shore Acres has evolved into a memorable Big Bear destination while preserving its rustic mountain character. Lodge renovations were completed in fall 2023, bringing updated comforts to this historic property. Each cabin provides its own private accommodations and modern essentials, allowing larger groups to vacation together while still enjoying the privacy and convenience of individual cottages.

Spend your mornings taking in Big Bear Lake views from the property or head just steps from the cabins to the shoreline. A seasonal shared boat dock and fishing area make it easy to enjoy the lake, while the summertime community swimming pool provides another place to cool off on select weekends from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
