Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Check out time is 11am. If the guest over stays with out proper notice with the host there will be a $100 late check out fee added.

Pets. Hosts need to know about all pets on the property. If the Host finds out that pets are present with out notice or paid pet fee there will be a $250 cleaning fee added to the booking at checkout.

Rustic Hive

Very nice home in a good location. Very comfortable furnishings and beds. Had everything we needed for great stay. This was our 3rd stay in less than a year. Management, especially Tony was so nice and helpful, very responsive, answered any questions immediately. Home very clean. Rustic Hive will be our go to place to stay when we are in Casper. Recommend highly.
