We did not receive the check in / out instructions in the app (as I have for every other Vrbo stay) so I reached out to the host a few hours before check in to get info, because it was not on the app and it said to contact the host. She responded, but didn’t seem very friendly and acted annoyed — she kept saying that the info was in the app; which it wasn’t, hence why I reached out and I even sent a screenshot showing there was no information on the stay for checking in / out and where it said to contact the host. The location of the house is near a hospital, so there were a lot of ambulance sirens every night. The house itself was nice, but one thing the listing didn’t show was that the 4th bedroom, 2nd bathroom, and laundry were all downstairs in a basement — which would matter if you have someone that can’t do stairs. We only used 2 of the bedrooms and the 1 bathroom upstairs - I stayed with my mom and young daughter, so we didn’t end up using the downstairs bathroom or bedroom, but the 2 beds we slept in were good. Another thing to note is the WiFi network didn’t work, so I had to hotspot my computer off of my phone. I didn’t reach out to the host to tell them about the WiFi network connection issue, because I made do without it and the host’ commutation at check in wasn’t friendly, so I didn’t want to reach out again unless there was an emergency.Overall the house was nice, but I wouldn’t stay again and will be staying somewhere else during our next visit to Casper.
