The hot tub or pool can be heated for a $100 fee per use (up to 4 hrs). Pool Hours: 9:00 am-10:00 pm. Kids need to be supervised.
No prostitution, Gambling, use of drugs, within the property. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate police contact and end of rental

We had a great stay at this property, it’s beautiful home, very clean and spacious for 20 Adults. Kitchen was well equipped with all utensils and basic groceries. The seating and sleeping arrangements are amazing and everyone were able to sleep comfortably. Baha is an absolute sweetheart who was always available to answer any questions we had. Fantastic house for our family birthday celebration

We had a great weekend celebrating our son’s birthday with all of our family! The house had the perfect amount of bedrooms and space indoors and the back patio and pool/hot tub was a total hit with our kids and grandkids! We loved our stay in this beautiful and spacious home. We had family members from out of town visiting for a graduation. All of the beds were comfortable and the house was very clean and perfect for our needs. The owner was extremely accommodating and a great communicator. The kitchen was great too! Spacious Family Friendly Home

It was a great space for my family’s annual sleepover for the holidays. The kids enjoyed the game room and outdoor play area. Spacious kitchen and living room.
