Up to 4 vehicles may be parked by the house, and 2 vehicles can be parked in the back. Vehicles must not block mailboxes or be by neighboring homes
The hot tub or pool can be heated for a $100 fee per use (up to 4 hrs). Pool Hours: 9:00 am-10:00 pm. Kids need to be supervised.
No prostitution, Gambling, use of drugs, within the property. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate police contact and end of rental
