Sprawling Resort Oasis with Heated Pool Set up for Groups

This is a breath taking 5 bedroom villa that over looks its own private lake with ducks and turtles. This home is completely renovated and designed by award winning designers. It has three balconies that overlook the lake and the magnificent backyard which includes a stunning heated pool, spa, fire pit and playground for the kids.

*******The pool is heated at an additional cost and programmed during your stay.******


The back yard has won multiple awards including silver internationally and gold domestically. The house sits on a set of natural springs that have been dredged into small lakes that house all sorts of wildlife most notably ducks and turtles. Five houses away is a beautiful and large park with two playgrounds. The backyard itself has a playground and the house had many seating areas that have the feel of completely separate spaces and experiences. Inside has a transitional decor that is very calming.

All areas of the home and backyard are accessible to guests. The lake grounds are private, owned by multiple owners and not accessible to guests.

The home is close to many shopping areas, sports venues, and some of the finest dining restaurants. It's central location allows you to access all major highways and roads.

Thank you for your review. Sometimes when rain or pool water gets into the fire pit, it won't light. The igniter has to dry out before it can light, and we have had rain off and on. I am glad you enjoyed your stay!

This property was amazing. Absolutely gorgeous house and property -but also very comfortable accommodations. The host was super responsive, and so many little things from coffee to soap to trashbags and dish detergent were provided. We came from several states away and it was a luxury to not need to buy all those items for just a few days was a huge blessing. The hot tub and pool were amazing - and there were already floats there. Rent this place. You will NOT regret it - its on a nice cul de sac but located close to many things! Walking distance to a park, and and close to various grocery stores, even a Y only 12 min away. We loved our time here, and my husband even said - this is the type of place you envision owning. We came with kids and they loved so many cool features about the house - games and toys for younger kids, TV and pool and space to spread out for the teenagers.

The home was decorated well. Instructions to use the amenities were clear and concise. The home was clean. Our only issue was that the top oven was dirty so when we turned it on to preheat it created a ton of smoke. However there was a second oven on the bottom that worked and was cleaner.

This place was fabulous!! The host thought of everything. There were washcloths for make up removal. Plenty of towels to go around. Soap for the dish washer and washing machine. The pool was fabulous. The bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of coffee spices and utensils to cook. We enjoyed the card games. Everything was easy to use. The beds were comfortable. This home is amazing. It was the best pace we have stayed in.

We loved the house, it was not perfect but it was close. It had some scuffs here and there and the furniture was comfortable, the little couch had some wear. The real highlight was the pool and hot tub. They were amazing. The rooms were in pretty good condition. And had plenty of space for 11. I would definitely recommend or stay here again. The only causion is check the beds and bedding upon arrival. We had stains on beds that we did not make but were charged for because we followed instructions to leave all the beds alone ater our stay, it was hard to prove we did not cause them. Still great people and a wonderful experience.

The house and grounds were every bit as nice as advertised. This home sits on a nice quiet street with a park nearby. It was excellent for our Thanksgiving day group. We had a great time staying here. The house layout was perfect for our group in town for a bridal shower. Plenty of space for 8 so the house and kitchen were great. They had plenty of coffee for the Nespreso machine which was great! The pool area and balconies were not as pristine as the pics (different furniture and cushions and accessories) but the pool area was still nice and I enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor fireplace.

The property was very spacious and accommodating for our group of 4. The outdoor space we as listed the outdoor seating was comfortable. The poolside wood table needs to be replaced but it still served it purpose. Pool and hot tub was very nice we enjoyed our stay.

Property was 100% as advertised, very clean, all of the basic necessities were supplied including all utensils. Pool and playground features were the center of the experience for our grandchildren. The pool was supposed to be heated. The spa heating never worked. The tablet on the wall seemed to work in theory - but never actually heated. House was amazing and wonderful place to spend a couple nights - loved the spacious kitchen. We loved the outdoor space and would stay again.

If I had been told when you checked in, I would've gone out and fixed it. A breaker had tripped, which reset the timer on the heater. You will feel as though you are in both a high end resort/spa in the middle of woods yet right in the middle of the city with access to everything Plano and the surrounding areas have to offer.

What makes this property unique

The house is 5 houses down from a huge park with multiple playgrounds, soccer fields, baseball fields and a picnic area.
The backyard won multiple awards and has a large pool that is 4'9" at the deepest point so you can always stand making it more functional than most pools. There are multiple outdoor dining areas and a playground for the kids. The pool can be heated for an additional cost. The spa can be heated at no cost.
