The apartment is spacious, comfortable and super clean. It’s in a quiet neighborhood- great for peaceful sleeping. It’s a six minute walk from an amazing main street with restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, wine-tasting and a cheese shop. I would definitely stay again.
We have stayed here several times. Its a beautiful, comfortable place, in the heart of Cleveland Heights, walking distance from theater, restaurants, Cain Park. The hosts are really responsive and helpful. We'll be back.
Loved the decore, furniture was comfortable and cozy. Bathroom was spacious. Great coffee set up. My only negative was I did not like the bedroom pillows, however, used a blanket as a pillow and all is well. I plan to stay there again.

Thank you for your kind words! We’re glad you enjoyed the décor, comfort, and coffee setup. We appreciate the feedback about the pillows and are happy everything else worked well. We’d love to host you again!
The property was very clean and the host was very responsive to all my questions. We had the wrong code upon arrival but they were quick to assist us. It was very close to alot of restaurants, kid friendly and a good location for getting into the city easily. We will stay again!
We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The location is great-very near shops, restaurants, and attractions. There is a nice porch to sit out on and the neighborhood is leafy, quiet, and walkable. Communication with the host was exceptional. Mark was quick to respond and answered all of our questions. The one thing that was challenging for us was parking. Unless you are driving a small car we recommend parking on the street. The space available in the garage is quite tight and difficulty getting out of the garage was exacerbated by two cars parked immediately to the left of the space. Once we finally got the car out of the garage, we never put the it back in. Instead we filled out the online form allowing overnight parking on the street which was much simpler. We would stay there again.

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We're glad you enjoyed the comfortable apartment, peaceful neighborhood, and convenient location. We appreciate the feedback about the garage parking and are happy the street parking option worked better for you. We'd be happy to welcome you back!
This VRBO was very inviting, clean, beds are comfy. Mark was easy to text and always sent a reply. The only thing I didn't like is the steeeeep stairs to the VRBO. However, once you open the door and see the inside, you just completely forget about those stairs.
Decor is top notch and the stay was overall comfortable. As a 100 year old structure there are functional and cosmetic issues that are 1-star deductible-worthy. Perhaps this brief list will encourage to owners to address: One of the bedroom doors does not close all the way. There is no drying rack or dishwasher. The bathroom sink drained slowly. The toilet is not fully secured down. The bathtub spigot is not fully secured. Gaps in the laminate flooring with edges that feel funny walking over.

Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us identify areas where we can improve.
Property was perfect for our one-night stay. We had an issue with checking in, but the host was extremely responsive, and it was resolved quickly. The property was clean and comfortable. We were there less than 24 hours so I can't speak to how well equipped the kitchen was, but there were plenty of towels and toiletries. I would not hesitate to book if you need something in the area. As noted in the listing you will not be able to park a large vehicle due to space constraints, but we did not have an issue with our Corolla.

Thank you so much for the kind and thoughtful review! I’m glad the home worked well for your stay and that we were able to quickly sort out the check-in issue. Appreciate you noting the parking details too — always helpful for future guests. We'd be happy to host you again anytime you're in the area!
The apartment was a convenient base for my family to stay for 3 weeks while caretaking for a patient at the Cleveland Clinic. We particularly took advantage of the deck and the full kitchen, as well as being walking distance to the Cedar Lee main drag—it was really nice to be able to walk to the coffeeshop in the morning!A few minor inconveniences: the driveway is quite narrow and there were a few days when both parking spots in the back were taken up, but it wasn't too much of a hassle to park on the street. There is only one window air conditioner for the whole apartment, though the apartment stayed relatively cool even during a heatwave if you close all the shades. Mold-sensitive people should be careful as there was some water damage on the ceiling in one of the rooms and the basement where the laundry is smelled a little musty—overall the place could have been more thoroughly cleaned.
