This beautiful home is located on 3 acres of nature including a duck pond, a large field and gardens, and views of the ocean. This charming house was built in the 1800s but has been upgraded with all the amenities and convenience of a modern home.
Guest bedroom has a private balcony and bathroom. 2nd bedroom/office has a twin bed, and an extra living room has a queen size futon with a plush mattress. 2 living rooms, reading room, full kitchen with everything you need to cook.
Walking distance to Lincolnville Beach and the Islesboro Ferry, lies between Camden and Belfast. Just 3 miles to Bald Rock and close to Camden Hills State Park. Close to farmers' markets, restaurants, bays, kayaking, hiking, fishing, and everything this beautiful area has to offer.

We weren't born in Maine, but we got here as fast as we could! My husband and I have been visiting for decades and finally found the perfect dream home. Due to our expanding family we can no longer visit so we are renting out this property for the first time.
Why they chose this property
Lincolnville is an agrarian community on the coast of Maine. People are friendly and warm, the food is amazing, and you are midway to many points of interest in Maine. Mount Battie and great hiking is within 10 miles. Camden and Belfast Harbors are equally close.
With great hiking, boating, and skiing in the area, this location is ideal for any season.

What makes this property unique
The house was built in the mid-1800s and was originally located nearby on the island of Islesboro. The house was transferred over to the main land in the early 1900s via the ice land bridge that would form. Many features of the house, including kitchen and stonework remain the same. However, the owners over the years have upgraded to make this the perfect spot to work or vacation. We love it, and hope you do too.
