The entire residence is fully air-conditioned and features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with an oversized ensuite bathroom, television, and private beachfront balcony Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, and the third offers two queen beds, making the home ideal for groups or families.

The modern chef-friendly kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, a massive island, and a pass-through window that connects directly to the outdoor dining area—perfect for entertaining or enjoying meals with an ocean breeze.

We personally meet guests at check-in and remain available via message or phone throughout your stay to ensure a smooth, comfortable experience.

The building offers overnight security and a beautiful oceanfront infinity pool shared by the building’s five residences, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Direct beach access is available via a stairway directly from the pool level. The building is elevator-serviced to the condo (and funicular serviced from the condo on level three to the lower pool), but one-level of stairs are required to reach the elevator from street level.

La Playa sits on the most sought-after beachfront area in Puerto Vallarta. Los Muertos Beach is at the center of the world-renowned Romantic Zone, surrounded by vibrant restaurants, beach clubs, nightlife, cafés, boutiques, and historic Old Town—all within walking distance.

Street parking is limited, but with everything so close, most guests explore comfortably on foot or by Uber or taxi.

Note that smoking is not allowed anywhere in the unit, on the balconies or in the common areas of the building.
