As a regular on the beaches of Siesta Key, Pinkie Flamingo is all about finding the perfect little guest nest for her guests. “Bay Oaks really has a lot going for it and who doesn't love Siesta Key!” Pinkie hopped onto the elevator and rode to the 5th floor where she then made her way to E75…Siesta Paraiso. Catch the trolley to multiple beach access points all along the key. Famous for its expansive and beautiful stretch of crunchy white sand…the main park has tropical drinks and yummy snacks plus showers, restrooms, lifeguards and the most gorgeous sunsets you will ever see. Perfect for a family of four!

Check in was very easy. Had a toilet issue and it was fixed immediately. The murphy bed was perfect for the kids. The king size bed was very comfortable. Place was very quiet and free beach access was a very short drive! Definitely would stay again!

1 month stay on Seista Key

Unit very dated ! Code to get in door took some time to work at times. Smoke alarm went off time to time including middle of night! Beach chairs were broke . Silverware weren’t clean and drawer was dirty. Unit was close to elevator which made an awful noise. Bathroom curtain had mold and grout chipping off wall. Cable stopped working for 3 days. I don’t think blankets and bedspread weren’t washed. Fob to get into pool didn’t work. Lucky for us one gate was broke and we could get in.half of toaster didn’t work.

As a property manager I find it very upsetting to not be given the opportunity to address these issues during your stay. I will remind you of your responsibility as a guest based on the VRA that you signed to report issues to us so that we may correct. Many of these things are very simply fixes and we have addressed. Building issues like elevators, pool fobs and gates are also reportable and now that you have reported these, we have notified the building HOA. Complaining after the fact is way uncool. Pinkie:)))
