Welcome to Bay Oaks, your Siesta Key Condominium complex featuring spacious condos for you and your family to vacation right in the heart of the action and entertainment Siesta Key Florida has to offer. This community offers complimentary covered parking with your rental for one car, community swimming pool, and other amenities to make your stay a wonderful experience!

This unit is a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom condo located on the ground floor of building D. Ground floor access makes it easy to get to both for those young and old, with no stairs or elevator to have to use to access. The condo is tastefully updated with everything you need to make your stay spectacular, including small kitchen with oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and basic kitchen utensils needed for those dinners at home. The living room has plenty of seating for the occupancy of the home, along with a dining room table for comfort. Attached to the living room is a fully covered patio, completely screened in, allowing you to enjoy the weather of Sunny Florida without being bothered by pesky mosquitoes while trying to relax.

The 2 bedrooms feature both a Queen size bed in the master room, along with a bunk style Full mattress with a twin on top. The perfect arrangement for a family with several children. The bottom bed is definitely large enough for a couple as well, if you have two parties traveling together. Throughout the home is all the amenities you could ask for, including beach chairs, beach cooler, TV's, internet, cable, and more!

Booked for me and 13 year old son from 7.17.24-7.25.24. Safety/Grounds: I felt secure on the grounds of the condo/surrounding areas. There are additional locks on the front door & locking Lanai door & slider which were all functional. Pier thoughtfully kept with fishing pole holders/chairs/tables, etc. Overall feel was family friendly,with which I was very pleased. Amenities: Clubhouse offered a kitchen, game/reading room, & pool table. Condo comes fully stocked with just about everything. You are responsible for consumables. Beach storage closet has beach tent,chairs,snorkle masks/tubes,goggles,boogie board,pool noodles,shelling bucket,beach toys,pickleball equipment,tennis equipment,football/volleyball,fishing pole/tackle box, & a beach wagon! 2 coolers provided. We donated a skimboard as it was too large to take home. Catch the Sunday evening drum circle on Siesta Key Beach! Parking: Assigned a parking spot that is a little tight especially if the spots on either side are taken. Not a huge issue, something to note. Location: Siesta Key beach is 3-5 minute drive with large free parking lot with many free ride services that you can use. Siesta Key Village is about 5-7 minute drive. Great place to walk around/eat/shop. Siesta Key Market is a 3- 5 min driving distance. Check in/check out were a BREEZE. Condo was ready in a timely manner. Texts were great as was the helpful guest portal. Overall, this condo felt like our home away from home,&I look forward to returning!
