The owners Frans and Nuttee are multilingual and they are always around for any help you might need or question you might have.
The apartments are all a bit different the one from the other, but they have one thing in common:
Very good and large beds with mattresses thought for people with a sensitive back.
All the furniture has been hand made from solid timber.
The ground floor ( bottom floor or parterre apartment and for the Anglo Saxons the 1st floor) is equipped for wheelchair users as well. The doors are extra large and the bathroom has “Roll in shower”.
The apartment is spacious.
There is one bedroom, but in the living room there is a sleeping couch from 2 m x 1.60 m.

All apartments have WIfI and there is even WiFi on the sun terrace and in the “Winter solarium”.
Four parabolic antennas and 8 LNB are offering a vast range of TV and Radio channels in almost all European Languages.
It’s also possible, on request and against an extra, to have through IPTV all English channels including SKY SPORT and SKY MOVIES.( Some IPTV providers have also a few USA channels in there offer.)

A car is not needed: bakery and groceries at 20 meters distance, chemist, church,and many other shops and supermarkets at less than 150 meters.
In the street Calle San Pedro and in the surrounding street just original Andalusian people are living. If one greets greet you speak a little bit Spanish it's so easy to have a chat with them. Certainly all locals are very child friendly.
Nuttee is very helpful and has all the time for advising you: you are considered as a part of the family.
Frans, her retired husband, helps to welcome you and informs you about all nice places for having a good time.
