Lovely apartment ( second floor)penthouse, without elevator, situated just in the center of Nerja. A few minutes walk from the famous Balcon of Europe and beaches.
In a private house consists of open-kitchen:doble bedroom, bathroom, living-room.
2 terraces a little one 10m2 and a roof-terrace 38m2 sunny all day and mountain and sea views.
Supermarkets, Cafe, Pharmacy, Bus station, Library and historic place around. Behind Nerja the Natural Park of Sierra Tejeda-Almijara.

Wonderful visit

We stayed in Nerja for 12 days in this lovely appartment with balkany and top roof terrase. The location is excelent and just few minutes walk to restorants and shoping street. The bus station is also just as close. The host Rosa was very nice and helpful and gave us lot of handy information about Nerja. We had very good time there.

July 2022 Stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Private roof terrace is the highlight, but all aspects of our stay were excellent. Air con in living room and bedroom very welcome. Location is fantastic. Balcony is lovely for dining or having a leisurely drink. And Rosa is a fantastic host, always available and very helpful but never intrusive. Would happily recommend to friends/family.

Perfect getaway

Rosa was so accommodating, communicating with us throughout the week whenever we reached out for tips. The apartment was immaculate and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal-just about 5 minutes to the old town and 15 minutes from our favorite beach. We will definitely be back and have already recommended Rosa’s flat to our family. Nerja has stolen our hearts!

Wonderful stay

We had a lovely time in Rosas appt in Nerja even though my partner was a bit incapacitated by a recent back injury. Rosa is so welcoming and friendly and the appt is ideally situated for exploring Nerja on foot. No need for a car. Convenient large and well stocked supermarket nearby. 2 nice terraces to relax in and much appreciated air con! While in Nerja you must visit the Caves...they are amazing! Thank you Rosa for a lovely stay!

Christmas in Nerja

From the start when Rosa met us on her scooter she was the ultimate host.Friendly and informative nothing was too much trouble for her.The accommodation was excellent home from home with the facilities and the added bonus of the roof terrace, which we were lucky to be able to use. On Rosas recommendation we visited the caves which were spectacular , all in all we had a wonderful start to the festivities, would not hesitate to visit again.

Short walk into town. No need for a car.

Lovely little flat. Compact and bijou. We had a stress free and relaxing holiday. 5 mins walk to start of town, 10 mins to Balcon de europa. 20 mins to Burriana and Torrcilla beaches. Others were closer. The terrace was great for pre/post dinner drinks and the roof terrace was good for eating and sunbathing. My partner wears hearing aids and found it a little noisy but for me it was fine. Thank you Rosa xx

Thank you Kent for your nice comment. I am so sorry that your partner did not feel confortable because of the noise outside. Unfortunately Nerja is not anymore the little town of 20 years ago. Nowday es a small city very busy of cars and scooters, also many tourism. The location of the apartment is in the center and certain times of the day is noise. Highly recommended

The apartment is exactly as detailed in the listing. It’s a lovely apartment with a great balcony and a gorgeous expansive roof terrace. The air conditioning is excellent and much needed in our July stay. Rosa is an excellent host. Even though we arrived at an ungodly hour, she could not have been friendlier or more welcoming. We immediately felt at home. She lives nearby and is ready to help but at the same time didn’t encroach on our stay. The apartment is close to supermarkets, beaches and the Balcon which is the heart of the town, but is itself on a quiet street. Our favourite aspect of the stay was the roof terrace - it really was a slice of heaven up there, with tremendous views of the mountains and beautifully colored sunsets. Overall we can’t find fault; we had a great week and would heartily recommend. Thank you Rosa!

Appartement El Rinconcito

Wij zijn uiterst hartelijk ontvangen door Rosa, de eigenaresse van het appartement. Het is een klein maar gezellig appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. Een leuk balkon aan de woonkamer en een heerlijk groot dakterras, met privacy. We hebben er van genoten. Supermarkt en bakker om de hoek. Het appartement ligt aan de rand van het oude centrum. Een leuke wandeling door de sfeervolle straatjes brengt je in korte tijd bij het “balkon van Europa”. De boulevard ligt aan de westkant van Nerja. Je kunt er heerlijk wandelen en eventueel een hapje eten. Wij waren er in januari. Het is er dan gezellig druk. Vriendelijke groet Mirjam en Chris

Lovely small apartment ideally located with a first class host.

Had a lovely 10 day break staying in a well equipped apartment, including 2 large terraces. There was everything we needed there, and Rosa, the host was amazing, and couldn't do enough for us, even lending us a beach umbrella. Ideally located near supermarkets and a 10 min walk to the beach, and the balcon de Europe! Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Annonce conforme Mais ..... Très bruyante avec une route attenante ... Invasion de fourmis dans l'ensemble du logement (géré d'une étonnante de la par de la propriétaire) avec aucune prise d'information suite au nettoyage et non nous ne sommes pas des citadins. A ne pas recommander - A ce tarif il existe beaucoup plus agréable

Bons dias passados em Nerja

O apartamento é muito agradável. Aponto um único ponto negativo, diz respeito à imagem referente ao terraço. De facto, esse terraço não existe. provavelmente existirá num andar superior, mas não corresponde ao apartamento. Estava à espera de encontrar um terraço como o ilustrado na imagem e o apartamento não tem. Tem um mini terraço embutido em 4 paredes. No entanto, fomos muito bem recebidos pela Rosa (super atenciosa). O apartamento é espaçoso, dá perfeitamente para 4 pessoas. Tem tudo o que é necessário (cozinha equipada, casa de banho equipada, sala). O wi-fi funciona muito bem. Recomendo esta propriedade a quem quiser passar uns dias em Nerja. O apartamento fica perto de tudo, de restaurantes, supermercados, das praias ... E está em ótimas condições.

Hola Rita !!! Creo que se ha equivocado al hacer dicho comentario del apartamento. Tal como refleja la foto principal que se ciñe completamente a la realidad, el apto tiene dos patios andaluces y una azotea, (con vistas preciosas al mar y montaña, equipada con hamacas, mesas y sillas y sus respectivas colchonetas y cojines, farolillos de ambiente para la noche), de la cual se le habló el primer dia de su llegada. Si ustedes por alguna razón no quisieron visitarla y disfrutarla, es problema suyo, por lo tanto su comentario es erroneo y confunde al viajero. Como bien se entiende una azotea en Andalucia se encuentra en la parte superior de la casa, tienen que subir una o dos plantas dependiendo de la altura del edificio para llegar a ella. Y para terminar explicar que un patio se encuentra en la planta baja de una casa, rodeada de plantas y por supuesto como usted bien describe, rodeada de 4 paredes. Por lo tanto mi apartamento reune todo lo que se describe de él en dicha página. Su comentario en mi opinión es incierto y tengo que referirlo aquí para que quede claro al viajero y a la persona interesada en alquilar mi apartamento en un futuro.

Nous rentrons d'une semaine de vacances chez Rosa, tout était parfait , l'accueil, l'appartement est grand et très propre, 2 petits patios charmant et une grande terrasse avec vue au 2ème étage, à 5mn à pied de tout(parking, supermarché, centre ville et plages). Bref, je recommande vraiment cette location ou nous espérons retourner. Merci Rosa Evelyne et Karim

"A lovely flat just a couple of minutes from the pedestrian area with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. 5-10 minute walk to the beaches, depending which one you choose for the day. Lovely welcome from Rosa who was full of tips for places to go, a lovely display of fruit, beer and wine to welcome us. Roof terrace was hot in the day but the flat''s balcony, with optional shade, was great, plenty of space for eating and drinking outside. The road was a bit noisy and there''s no parking directly outside but there''s a large , free car park a few minutes away. Overall, a clean, well-equipped flat with a charming owner - great value for money."
