Charming Historic Lighthouse, A Magical Oasis With Great Sunsets

Wake up to views of a world-class marina and beautiful waters of the Carquinez Strait from a 2 story, 115-year-old former Lighthouse and Victorian home where you can soak in the California sunshine from the gorgeous early sunrise throughout the wonderfully warm afternoon to the breath taking sunsets in the evening. At night, the C&H Sugar Factory lights up and will provide a subtle twinkle across the waters against the dark sky.

Our Family Friendly property is the centerpiece of the Glen Cove Marina, so you have the comforts of a relaxing home with beautiful views and places for light exercise on our two large lawns and adjacent walking trail, walk up to the beautiful view looking out to the water and bridges and can even catch the stunning evening sunset.

Our recently renovated two-story home has all the modern conveniences for comfortable and easy living, but believe us, the charm & personality of this old building is certainly not lost. It has over 3300 square feet of space; with a welcoming staircase entrance, a large living room, formal dining room, a bonus den off the dining room that can sleep two on a pull-out couch, FOUR upstairs bedrooms (three with a queen-size bed in each room, and one with a twin bed on top of a twin trundle), TWO full bathrooms, free wi-fi, TWO flat-screen televisions, one Roku and one Google TV for your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer inside, an equipped and recently renovated modern kitchen.

The property is attached to the Glen Cove Marina and our banquet room - people may be walking around the property to access some areas.

Our Victorian Inn is deeply cleaned between stays, aired out, and all high touch areas are sanitized. We supply cleaning supplies for our guests, complimentary, allowing you to do additional cleaning as desired. We offer a no-contact check-in and check-out. When possible, rental stays are staggered with a window of 24 hours.

*The outside balcony on the second floor while beautiful to look out at, unfortunately, the area is restricted for maintenance use only. This building was a former lighthouse located at the entrance of the Carquinez Strait and moved to its current location in 1955.

Check-Out Policy Check-out is by 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed in advance. Any guest remaining past check-out time without prior approval will be subject to an inconvenience fee of $150.
Late Check-Out Requests: must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed. Delays Impact Cleanings & Staying late disrupts our cleaners schedule
Belongings Left Behind: Items left after check-out will be considered abandoned and may be discarded or donated.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Before approving any bookings, we need to know the purpose of your trip. Our rental is not intended for parties.
Though it is rare, we may occasionally host events in our 1st floor Banquet Room during guest stays. We will offer an opt-out policy if such occurs.
We ask that, because of our light colored carpeting that shoes be removed inside the Inn, OR we provide shoe covers for your convenience.

Our historic and wonderfully unique Carquinez Strait Victorian building was built at the southern end of Mare Island in 1910 as the first lighthouse to mark the entrance to the Carquinez Strait and the Napa River. Even though it had been decommissioned as a lighthouse in 1954, it has been nestled in the tranquil, appealing Glen Cove area of Vallejo since 1955 and continues to flourish as the centerpiece for the Glen Cove Marina and the surrounding neighborhoods. As a business, we manage the surrounding marina and Lighthouse.
