This condo were perfect for our stay. It was perfectly appointeda and comfy and even better was the responsiveness of the owner. Rowena was top shelf and such a tremendous help to us during our stay. We happened to stay the week President Trump was meeting Putin and from all reports of air flights, we were going to be stranded in Anchorage for a few days until all flights were cleared. Rowena went the extra mile to find another property for us to stay at in the event our flight was cancelled! She even connected us with a fish processor to get our Halibut back home! I woulkd stay here again in a heartbeat!!! It was an awesome stay!

This is a cozy 2 bed 2 bathroom condo close to everything in Anchorage. Rowena was super wonderful to work with and even left some treats for when we arrived. We had a great stay.

We stayed at this condo for 4 days and it was delightful. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach and quick to respond. Most pleasantly the place is completely and beautifully appointed and we really didn’t need anything. The kitchen has everything and the rooms all have extra towels and accessories. It was a wonderful stay in a great location with everything you could need and it was spotless.

We flew in from the Lower 48 for our granddaughter’s high school graduation and had just a few days to make the most of our trip. This place was perfect! The property was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—dinnerware, utensils, paper products, laundry soap, and more. Thanks to how well-equipped the unit was, we spent less time running errands and more time enjoying precious moments with family. If it’s available later this year, we’d absolutely love to stay here again! Highly recommended.

Probably the best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. The property manager thought of everything. We had a 2am arrival and it was a journey to get there. She had fresh fruit, some candies and a bag microwave popcorn ready for us. The house had everything we needed. It was a quiet neighborhood. It was close to the things we needed. Best of all, there wasn’t a huge oat of things to do on check out even though we still cleaned up quite a bit. Icing on the cake was her help with us storing our luggage a couple of days while we traveled to and from Kodiak. Highly recommend this place.
