Bldg is centrally located & 5-7mins ride to J.B.E.R. & Anchorage, VA, etc. 10 mins ride to hospitals in the area (Providence, Alaska, Regional, Kris Kyle, ANMC & API.) Anchorage Exploration

This property was very comfortable and clean. Very well stocked with comforts of home away from home. It was conveniently located to stores, restaurants and airports. We were there during the Midnight Sun. There was noise at night in the neighborhood which is probably not uncommon with so much daylight.I would recommend this VRBO to family and friends.

The unit was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The building was secure and quiet, with all the amenities that I needed for my stay. Thank you for providing such a nice place to be able to relax after a long day at work.

Place was basic and we were blocked from entering 3 minutes early. Street noise, 22 hours of light, and no ac made sleeping difficult at times.

We appreciated our stay at this unit! It was very thoughtfully equipped with all we needed, and it has a great mountain view. Abel was terrific in responding to a heating problem we had when we first got here, and he responded very quickly. One thing of note - this unit is upstairs with no elevator. I believe this is is explained in the listing, but if you're old like us or have physical issues, again like us, it's good to pay attention to the listing.Thank you again!Tom and Linda

Mr. Abed, was a very pleasant and such a welcoming host.

We enjoyed our stay and the view of the mountains is so peaceful, as well as this is so close to stores and shopping. The extras in the kitchen were such a help and so appreciated.It is the little things that make the difference. I would recommend this apartment for anyone wanting a peaceful, quiet stay. Great host

Abed was a great host. The apartment has supplies for many things. I was really impressed. We had friends stay over for one night and it was no problem. The place was very clean and Abed was very attentive to our needs. I would recommend staying here. I know when we come back to Anchorage we are going to stay there again. Don and Maggie

Perfect

The property was as advertised. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The kitchen is full of needed amenities. I would have preferred a bigger TV, given the distance from the couch, but it wasn't was adequate. Internet service only glitched out 3 times for several minutes. View of the mountains from the balcony was beautiful. Location is perfect for anyone who needs quick access to JBER. Floors do creak a bit on certain spots. Exhaust fan could do better at removing steam from the shower because the smoke alarm did sound off once when I opened the bathroom door. The host always responded within a few minutes. Despite these small issues, I still give the property and the experience an overall 5/5 because these things can be overcome with ease. I definitely would stay here again at such a great rate.

Nice place to relax

I came to Anchorage to run in the Mayor's marathon with a friend (who ended up backing out) and then to do some site seeing afterward. The condo was in a great location for doing that. It is in a nice quite neighborhood and by car it was close to downtown, the university, or the highway to get to places to hike north or south. The condo was very clean and had a lot of space. There are two bedrooms. Both were good size. The kitchen was nice too. It's small but there is enough room for some one to make meals. There is a full size stove, oven, and a good sized refrigerator. I cooked a few dinners there, a roast and a pork loin, and had no problems. There are a number of grocery stored close by to get food. There is a nice sized table and chairs in a dining space off the kitchen and has plenty of space for a group to eat. I was there during the longest day of the year so it was strange to go bed while it was still light out. And this was midnight! The bedroom had curtains that blocked out the light and I had no problem sleeping. communication with the host has great. Any message I sent was returned in minutes with an answer. Definitely a place I would stay again when going to Anchorage.

This is a comfortable and clean place to stay. It's on the 2nd floor and you get a great mountain view. This location is also close to everything (convenient stores, downtown, grocery stores, gyms, hospitals, malls, military base, museums, parks, shopping centers, etc.) in town you can think of. I'm always quick to answer any questions. I'm always courteous and friendly.
