The stay in Las Vegas was perfect. The home's location (off the Strip) is perfect. Very clean and well maintained new home. Might want to extend your kitchen offerings as far as "regular" size drinking glasses, and maybe a larger coffee pot. Mostly the amenities were satisfactory, but could use a little improvement.

The property worked well for our group of 16. It was nice to have so many beds and 2 refrigerators. In our case, the two units were across the street from each other. It worked okay for us, but if you want the units to be right next to each other you might want to confirm that with the host ahead of time.

The Listing advertised a villa, however, when we arrived, we discovered it was actually 2 homes directly across the street. The homes were absolutely gorgeous! The decorations are beautiful. The home looks exactly like the pictures. The beds are very very comfortable. The setting was like being in our own homes!The only disappointing thing was that I wasn't given the code to access the properties until approx 4:30pm. However, if in Las Vegas again, I will book with host again.

Clean property in new home (2025). Beds comfortable. But property is pretty stark. No commonly expected items in the kitchen were available. Had to provide everything ourselves, including coffee filters and water.
