A great place for our family trip. The setting was beautiful, the property was clean, spacious, and just as described. We especially enjoyed the deck—it was a wonderful spot to relax, and we loved seeing so many stars at night. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Great place to stay and in a great location on the lake. We went to Onanda Park a lot and hiked a few of the local waterfalls all within walking distance of the house. We had a great time.

The home was very nice but the downfall for us was the stairs. The were very steep for an 84-year-old who was with me but other than that, the property was beautiful. We spent most of our time outside on the deck which gave us the opportunity to witness the family of deer that came through on the last day of our trip....it was spectacular.

Location was very good, close to a park, across from Lake (trees & power lines blocked view), short drive to downtown and enjoy road and down to Park located on Lake.House very nice with Kitchen and large TV downstairs (which we didn’t use because of narrow stairs). Also included nice laundry room which we used and easy access into house. Area was centrally located on Lake road, and wonderful places to visit within not too long a drive. This was our second visit to this home, but we are aging the reason we will be looking for a smaller place in the future. We would recommend it highly for those under 70…

Very nice property, close to a park for boating and hiking, and a short drive to downtown Canandaigua. Stayed there with my husband, sister, and her husband. We cooked a couple of meals in. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dinnerware. It has two floors. In the evening, we were downstairs watching movies after hanging out on the outside deck. For those who wished to go to sleep early, they could go upstairs to nice bedrooms and where they were not able to hear the sounds from downstairs. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay again.

Loved the sunrises over Canandaigua lake. This home was clean and tidy. It had everything that we needed for our stay. The host was also incredibly generous and left us some snacks that we really appreciated after a long journey.

The house was immaculately clean, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of towels. An adequate amount of pots and pans.The house could use a couple of updates. The kitchen table and chairs in particular.We had beautiful weather while we were there, but the deck was very, very sunny, so an umbrella for the table would be very useful.
