Guests have access to the entire house, except a supply room and an outdoor shed.

**CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME:**
- **Check-in:** 4 PM
- **Checkout:** 11 AM

**HOUSE RULES:**
1. **Shoe-Free Home:** To keep our home clean, we ask that you leave shoes at the entrance. Slippers are provided for your comfort.
2. **Occupancy & Visitors:** We have a 16 max occupancy. Our accommodations comfortably sleep up to 16 adults and 1 baby.
If there are extra guests not listed on your reservation, your reservation will be updated accordingly with a higher fee at $50/guest.
3. **Quiet Hours:** 10 PM to 8 AM. Please do not play excessive loud music outdoor during quiet hours. Should neighbors report any disruptions, you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund.
4. **Pet Policy:** We welcome a maximum of 2 pets on a case-by-case basis with a $150 fee. Service animals are welcome at no extra charge. Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing any pets. If you bring unapproved pets not specified, your reservation will be updated, and you will be charged accordingly.
6. **No Smoking Indoors:** Smoking is only allowed outside. We charge a cleaning fee of $200 for indoor smoking and $100 for littering outdoors.
7. **No Illegal Substances/Activities:** For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we prohibit the use of illegal substances and activities. Violations incur a $200 fine and potential stay cancellation without a refund.


**PARKING:**
Parking is offered for up to 9 vehicles inside our gated yard.


**SECURITY AND PRIVACY:** For safety and security reasons, we have 6 outdoor security cameras: (2) in the front, (2) on the sides, and (2) in the backyard.


**TRASH DUTY:**
- If your stay includes Sunday night, please kindly take the trash bin to the curb for the next morning’s collection (optional). If you can’t, please message us so that we can arrange it to be done.


-**EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT:**
Your request is subject to approval.
-Early Check-In: If no check-out is scheduled on your arrival day, we`ll confirm the earliest possible arrival time.
-Late Check-Out: Notify us by 9 AM on your departure day. Extension is possible if there`s no booking after yours. If you are approved for late check-out but you stay past the approved time, a $150 fee will apply.
Failure to notify us of late check-out or unapproved check-out incurs a fee equal to a nightly rate of calendar day. This does not extend your stay.

-**POOL RULES:**
-Our pool does not have heating option.
-Maintenance Schedule: Cleaning occurs the day before check-in. For stays over 7 nights, there`s weekly maintenance. Please wait 6 hours post-cleaning before swimming. Please understand that leaves and debris may naturally fall into the pool after maintenance.
-No Lifeguard on Duty: Our pool’s depth is 5ft. Swim at your own risk. Supervise children closely. There are life vests available.
-No Glass Containers outside to avoid potential hazards.
- Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with pool emergency protocols and safety equipment.
- You are expected to follow the pool rules in our guidebook and outdoor sign. We are not liable for any incidents.

**CANCELLATION POLICY:**
100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, minus 6% payment processing fee
50% refund up to 14 days before arrival, minus a 6% payment processing fee
