Good stay bad area

This property is in a guard gated property and check in was seemless. We were given the keys and the place was in great condition and the view was nice. Some of the bad things the door gets a little stuck on the floor when opening and the key lock you have to make sure you pull it tight in order to lock it. In the master bedroom one of the blinds to block out the sun does not work. You can bring it down but it does not go up. And the traffic you can hear it first thing in the morning so everyday around 530 to 6 am you can hear the trucks downshifting and cars beep the horn so your not going to get a good night sleep unless you go to bed around 8 pm.The stay other than that was great. We feel safe and everything was clean just the area outside it was pretty run down. I probably would not be staying in puntarenas again found nicer and clean towns around that are worth it more. The food was not as good as san jose either
