Our cozy getaway is ideally located in Falmouth Heights, a short walk away from the beach (5 min) and marina (2 min) with a ferry to Martha's Vineyard. You can be in downtown Falmouth in 2 minutes by car!

The home is perfect for families! There is a fully fenced yard w/ a grill and table, a finished basement for kids, and plenty of bedrooms for family and friends. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, bright spaces, and everything needed for a relaxing stay. It's coastal New England at its best!

July 4th Family Trip

An amazing spot and a great stay! Wish we stayed here longer than 2 nights. Walkable to atleast 3 restaurants & the beach. Quintessential New England/cape cod neighborhood with salt washed shingles and gorgeous hydrangeas everywhere. The house was so cozy and clean. There were 8 of us total and it was an incredible stay!

Stayed 5 days while exploring Falmouth and Martha’s Vineyard. House was very clean and cozy, well stocked with all necessities. Yard is perfect and well fenced in. Location is great - 5 min walk to Heights beach, park and a few restaurants. 5 min drive to Main Street coffee and grocery stores. No issues at all with house location or communication with host. Great spot, just as advertised.
