Very clean, well appointed, safe area, easy access to culture food, shopping activities. Liked most of its offerings. I am giving this a 4 Star because the bedroom pictures differ from the reality. The mattress was sitting on the floor in a bedframe with no legs, or box spring. This made for a very stiff sleeping surface, that was difficult to get up from. My wife is 66 with RA (arthritis). Had we known ahead of time, we would have booked elsewhere.

Very pleased with this rental , in an area a block away from el Park the Carolina were we can go to jog , walk and exercise. Quito seemed pretty safe but don’t be exposing cell phones just to not attract any harm. The property is quite exclusive and very comfortable. It over exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.
