Two of us stayed in the area for the 4th of July and had a blast(pun intended). We didn't spend much time at the property because we had friends in Chesterton but when we were there it was so peaceful. The house was on the back of their farm (Apple Blossoms Trail) so we woke up being able to watch horses run around! It's super close to Dunes National Park which was great for the hot week we were there. The only thing I'll add is that if you do want to watch TV to unwind, you should prepare to use a hotspot. 10/10 would stay again!
