Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave beds alone, gather used towels and start a load. Wash dishes and or start load. Remove perishable foods.
Turn off lights and turn furnace down to 65. Shut all windows and lock all the doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Items left behind by guest can be returned by mail for a fee of 50.00 plus shipping costs.
All guest must rinse off prior to entering hot tub. An extra cleaning fee of 175.00 will be charged if sand or other debris are left in hot tub.
