Host responded immediately to messages before and during our stay. House is located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to highways, restaurants and attractions. We had a large group and had plenty of room. The king beds were a plus. Would highly recommend.

Excellent et relaxing

My family was there for a funeral and it was a beautiful gathering spot and perfect relaxing visit for us.

Overall, it was ok. However, here are a few suggestions:Lighting in all bathrooms needs help. They were too dull to see to put makeup on.Carpets really need cleaning and/or removed.There needs to be some type of hanger in the basement for clothes, towels, etc.Electrical units did not work in any of the bedrooms.There were not enough bathrooms for 12 people. Desparate need for one downstairsWe had nine people and it was hard for all of us to get ready to go to all of our wedding functions.

When you first arrived, you brought a few concerns to our attention, and I was quick to respond and do my best to help resolve them. Unfortunately, after that, we didn’t hear back from you, even after checking in to make sure everything was okay. There was also a concern regarding the lighting, and we offered to send someone out to take a look and address the issue, but unfortunately, we didn’t hear back regarding that either. I genuinely wish we had been able to communicate more and find a way to make your stay more enjoyable. We would have been more than happy to work with you and address the concerns while you were at the property. That being said, I truly appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention, as it gives us the opportunity to correct them and improve the experience for future guests. For our future guests, please know that we are always here to listen and help. If there is anything during your stay that you feel needs to be looked at or addressed, no matter how big or small, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Great place

Great home for our group. Home was clean with many amenities in a great neighborhood. We chose based on proximity to the event we were attending and there were awesome restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes. Communication was frequent and helpful from booking thru checkout. Will definitely stay again if back in the KC area.

Excellent stay

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. The property was excellent, in a quiet neighborhood and with 2 stall garage to park in. 4 bedrooms on second floor with 2 full baths and 2 king beds in the basement with a privacy wall. Plenty of room for our large group. Beautifully decorated and easy to get to all that KC has to offer. Thanks for an excellent stay!
