Contemporary apartment (part of duplex) in the heart of Pacific Beach/Crown Point that we've made available to vacationers who love San Diego as much as we do. Only 3 blocks from Fanuel Park and Sail Bay, enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing, jet skiing, bike riding or a scenic walk along the 15 miles of boardwalk that wraps around the bay and along mission and pacific beach. We're also just 7 blocks from the beach where you can enjoy boogie boarding, surfing or reading a book.

Updates as of September 2023: AC, new comfortable leather couch and swivel armchair and new pots and pans in the kitchen.

This is a contemporary yet cozy retreat with a private courtyard, private stacked washer dryer, 1 parking space, hardwood floors, stainless steel refrigerator, corian countertops, stainless steel stove, dishwasher, new kitchen and bath, WIFI, large flat screen TV, DVD player, gas outside BBQ, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, linens, blow-dryer, iron and ironing board, toaster, coffee maker, queen size bed, full length mirror, plenty of storage, and all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. Perfect for someone looking for a home away from home.

Only minutes away from SeaWorld, the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town with it's excellent Mexican Restaurants, Belmont Park and it's authentic 1920's wooden roller-coaster, SeaPort Village, downtown San Diego's GasLamp Quarter, the Convention Center and Petco Park.

Half hour from LegoLand, 40 minutes to The Wild Animal Park, 75 minutes to the quaint historic gold rush town of Julian, in the mountains, and another 30 minutes beyond that is beautiful Anza Borrego Desert State Park. Even Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm can be done as a day trip. Mexico is only 25 minutes away.

You don't even need a car. Everything you need is within four blocks including grocery stores, shops, restaurants, bars, and both Mission Bay and Pacific Beach. Come and enjoy everything San Diego has to offer.

Great stay in Crown Point

Great place to stay in Crown Point. Short three block walk to the bay, which was super peaceful. The place, as advertised, is small but perfect for two people, and the outdoor space was really nice and comfortable. We had beautiful weather and spent any time we were at the unit during the day outside. Really nice to have a parking spot to come home to at night, too.

We had a great time at sail bay! We were walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants! Our lyft rides to mission beach and downtown weren't too pricey and the neighborhood was very cute. The house was very clean, it had everything we needed and the enclosed patio was perfect for keeping the sliding door open and made us feel safe at night. Would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to come stay again!

Honeymoon Bliss

My husband and I spent the week here for our honeymoon in San Diego. The property was beautiful and exactly as listed/pictured. It was a nice walk to the beach and an even shorter one to the bay where we got to watch the SeaWorld fireworks at night! Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and a short drive to many tourist attractions in San Diego. Would definitely recommend to any couple looking to stay in the area!

Nice place Horrible weather

With rainy cold weather we were super lucky we chose these accommodations . The kitchen was well equipped with a gas stove to heat up soap. The shower had hot hot water and the bed was comfy fort napping! Comfortable coach with electric fireplace and excellent TV with wide variety of channels. Small space however the layout was maximized for functionality!

This stay was absolutely adorable. The interior was so clean, beautiful and aesthetically pleasing! Definitely feels spacious given the size of the property. The outdoor seating area is very spacious and such a great aspect to enjoy! Location was mere blocks from the beach and a prime location. Extremely Accommodating

We loved our stay at Renee's property. Less than a mile from Pacific Beach, about 2 or 3 miles to Belmont Park. Everything was very close. Although our stay was short, Renee was extremely accommodating in helping me setup a small surprise decoration for my wife. The property itself was clean and cozy, had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to book with Renee again. Thanks for having us!

Great little cottage close to the beach

A wonderful little cottage so close to the beach, perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. While cozy, it has all the room one would need to sleep, chill and cook - we used the kitchen quite extensively and greatly appreciated the tools available. It was great being able to walk to all of our favorite haunts, too!The only reason this didn't give 5 stars was the noise from a neighbor or neighbors - I don't hold the host responsible, but overall it did affect our sleep. Ideally this is not something that occurs often, it may have just been our bad luck. Don't let it stop you from enjoying a great place in Pacific Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. Because it's a rental property and not someone's home it wasn't filled with knick knacks. It was nice and clean and everything worked perfectly. As others have noted in their reviews, the living room seating is extremely uncomfortable and could really use an upgrade. But the bed was delightful and the shower was outstanding. The kitchen had everything we needed except perhaps it could use a larger frying pan. We felt safe and cozy in this little cottage. Great location. Thank you very much.

The property was nicely appointed and in a great location. Having onsite parking was a bonus. The pots and pans for cooking was less than adequate. The owner should invest in better pans etc. The only pan to cook an egg was too small and the non stick was worn out. NOT GOOD from a safety point of view.

Adorable clean cottage!

Very nice small cottage. Easy to find and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. No air conditioning but plenty of fans provided. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay

The property was situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, which was easily walkable to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and the farmers' market. The kitchen was well equipped so we cooked most of our meals. Before I arrived I asked Renee if there was a blender and she ordered one for me to make smoothies in the morning. Renee was very nice and available for any questions. My husband and I have been visiting this area twice a year for 8 years and have stayed at many different locations and this was by far one of our favorites. I will most definitely contact Renee for future stays.
