The Space:

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE: Balcony access is not guaranteed due to the ongoing balcony renovation project (September 2025 – May 2026). Please note that these dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions and construction progress. Guests who require balcony access must inquire prior to booking. Additionally, you may experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time. Access to the heated pool may also vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.



Amenities Update: The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as well as the heated East pool. Please note these amenities may occasionally close for short periods for maintenance.

When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

Situated on the third floor, this unit boasts a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico's sugar sand beaches. The open main living area and well-appointed galley kitchen with a breakfast bar create an inviting space for entertaining and meal preparation. Indulge in the comfort of the generously sized master suite, which features an elegant bathroom and ample closet space. Guests will appreciate the accommodating second bedroom with convenient access to a hall bathroom. This unit was recently renovated with fresh paint. The Summit offers premium amenities such as multiple pools, a serene sauna, a lively tiki bar, tennis and basketball courts, a game room, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Unwind at Bikini Bob's bar and grill, or explore the nearby restaurants and shops within a short stroll.



IMPORTANT:

Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is 6 guests, INCLUDING children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fines and ejection.   VRC# 43852

Toilets

The only problems we noticed were that the bathrooms did not have towel racks and the toilets were too low for seniors. Actually there was 1 towel rack in 1 bathroom.

Nice view. Easy access.

I would like to say I would stay here again. The view was fantastic. Easy check in and prompt communication with owners. Unit was clean. The only downfall was the quality of the mattresses in both bedrooms. In the master bedroom, you sink several inches when lying down, and I'm not a big person (140 lbs). My adult daughter slept in the other bedroom and the mattress on that bed had a visible and significant dip in the center of the mattress. She had to place a pillow on the edge of the bed to keep from feeling like she was going to fall off. We both agreed these were the worst mattresses we have EVER slept on. If you don't care about mattress quality its a great unit. If they replace the mattresses I would definitely stay here again.
