(10-12 mins) The District Shopping area and restaurants. Near outlet malls and the Town Square Shopping mall on LV Blvd. Great restaurants nearby.

This lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home features: New furniture; 42 inch flat screen TV with Bose surround sound; LARGE master bedroom suite with private bath, ceiling fans,

Christmas in Vegas

We really appreciated the opportunity to use your Vrbo while in Vegas. Nice quiet spot with easy access to all that is on offer in Vegas. It was disappointing that the dishwasher was not working so doing dishes over the holiday was not fun but we worked through it. A couple of other observations were the patio blind did not stay fixed so have left that on the side plus the toilet seats were split in two bathrooms, the upstairs bathroom has a leaky faucet and the yard sprinkler shoots straight up into the tree in the front yard. So some nuisance stuff but overall lots of room and space for us to relax. Thanks again..

Perfect for my needs

I found the owner to be responsive and the unit to be as advertised. The location was quiet, the house was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Plenty of Room

Plenty or room and all the amenities needed for short or long stays. Great location! ez access to the freeway to go downtown. Monica was great, allowed me to check in early to conduct business. A bigger bed in the master bedroom would have been nice.. but, it was still very comfortable. I'd recommend, especially for longer stays. Also, I love the fact it's completely non-smoking!!! I hate cigarette, cigars, and smoke!
