Wonderful place! Views amazing, sitting in the hot tub looking at the mountains and pond. Only reason Not all 5 stars was there wasn't hot water! Hot water tank was in terrible condition and should have been replaced at least a yr ago. It was rusted all around the bottom, so wouldn't even turn on. ( maybe a little more frequent maintenance checks?). Owner was responsive to texts but only refunded us 100.00 for over 800.00 stay.( just a 3 night stay). We were offered option to move, ( kind of a pain to pack up with only 2 nights left). So decided to just go with cold showers. The price was right for the quality of this spacious place. I would come back. Was just hoping a little better refund.

Our condo association insists on replacing water heaters ever 8 years. Mine was just 6 years old. I was there in January and it looked fine, no signs of leaks or rust. I ordered replaced immediately.

This location was perfect for our ski trip. The condo is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had all the extra accessories and small appliances to allow us to prepare any meal, snacks and beverages that we would want on a vacation. The beds were all comfortable, as was the rest of the furniture, and the deck was perfect for hanging out on a sunny day.The view across the river to the trails was beautiful. Several great restaurants and bars were within walking distance. When we needed to reach management with concerns upon arrival, the response was quick and amicable. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here, came from the Front Range for a short getaway in the mountains. The condo is spacious, with well organized kitchen, and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub overlooking the beautiful Snake River valley below.This is our first stay here and we are looking forward to visiting again!

Super fun place to stay - near slopes and nice hot tub. Hands down best showers in any VRBO we've stayed in! Very well equipped kitchen, nice streaming options on the TV and seemingly reliable Wifi let me get some remote work in. Walkable to nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

A thousand feet is farther than you think for some. It’s still better than getting on a shuttle or loading a vehicle to get to the Peru lift. It was nice to have a bigger living area where people could walk around without stepping on someone or something. The kitchen was better stocked with equipment than other VRBOs we’ve used. The hot tub was broken but compensation was provided. The ski locker was broken and highlighted a pattern that management run VRBOs point fingers between HOAs and themselves where owner run properties are more responsive. Not always of course, but it’s noticeable enough.Other aspects didn’t make conversation, so expectations were met. The property will stay on the repeat list for another ski trip.

Everything was perfect. We had fires and sat in the hot tub, watched the sunrise from bed over the mountain before heading out to ski. Kitchen was great. Check in process was flawless. All good things and will be back !! If I could try to suggest anything to make better, I would say an update on a frying pan or two..... but that's reaching for something to complain about!! :) A

Gorgeous Views inside and out

We had a very nice place that was cabin themed and very well kept. Hot tub was a plus after a long day on the mountain. Views of the mountains were amazing. Ford Family will definitely recommend and will be back soon

This space is so amazing! Very roomy and clean. The Sauna and hot tub are so nice and relaxing with Mountain View’s. The rooms and living space is very spacious and comfortable. We loved using the kitchen for home cooked meals and had all the kitchen appliance necessities. Would definitely recommend your next family mountain trip here!

Fantastic spot in Keystone

Used to live in Keystone long while back and love this area due to closeness to ski lifts, nature, shops, etc... Went short on firewood while there, but really appreciated having a nice clean jacuzzi available in the condo (esp after skiing)! Thanks

Hot tub is great

This is a great condo overall. Pros: indoor private hot tub, kitchen with everything needed to cook, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, ski locker, and walkable to slopes. Cons: bathrooms are cold in winter because there is no heat source in them, living room feels a bit dates (but still acceptable), front door locks are hard to operate. We were very happy with this condo overall and would stay here again.

Awesome place

Stan, the owner of the unit, was great with communication leading up to our stay. The place felt more like a house than a condo type unit. Plenty of space with great view of the slopes. Hot tub and sauna were perfect after a day on the slopes. Our family had so many laughs and so much fun. We’ll be back for sure.

Summer fun!

We had a fantastic 4th of July at this condo! The fireworks over Dillon Reservoir were amazing, and the next morning we watched a momma moose and her 2 babies walk through the marsh behind the condo as we drank coffee on the deck. Spacious with a great lay out for families. Loved the clean hot tub. Easy to cook dinner in the organized kitchen. And the owner was very nice to work with!

We are retired from the Florida school system and are now full time RVers. We usually spend our summers in the beautiful Colorado mountains where it is nice and cool. We winter in FL and spend the rest of the year traveling around the country visiting our 8 children and 14 grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

This property is much larger than most properties in River Run or by Keystone Lake. It is one of the few properties in Keystone with a private hot tub and sauna in the unit. It is a short 1000' walk to the Mountain House lift. The view is one of the best in Keystone. It is a .8 miles to River Run and 1 mile to Keystone lake. Bike path goes right behind the unit.
