Pristine location overlooking the wetlands and ski slopes. Nice ground floor unit with over 1100 sq. ft. This 2 bedroom condominium has plenty of space for everyone. Washer and dryer are located in the unit. Enjoy the great views of the ski slopes. Just steps to the outdoor hot tub.

During summer relax on our deck and enjoys the views of the wetlands, ducks and geese.You can walk to the mountain house base area or River Run.

This 2 bedroom condominium is conveniently located on the bike path, nature trail and overlooks the wetlands. Privacy and serenity make this a great getaway unit. It's large with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and great room with a gas fireplace. The outdoor hot tub is just steps away from the deck.

Living Room - The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, dining table and chairs. The deck is off the living room and has views of the beaver ponds, wetlands and ski slopes. The kitchen has new granite tile, appliances.

Keystone Frostfire is conveniently located on the wetlands and bike path. An easy walk to Keystone River Run where shops, dining and entertainment await you. An outdoor hot tub is steps away. This location is perfect for cyclists as the bike path is steps off the back deck, path will take you to Dillon, Frisco, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and over Vail Pass, or around Lake Dillon.

The location and parking were great & easy to access. We enjoyed the hot tub right outside the condo on a nightly basis. The view of the mountains were excellent. The check in was very easy and the condo was very clean. It was perfect for my husband & I with our 20 & 23 year old sons. We did bring an air mattress so they did not have to share a bed and there was plenty of floor space to set it up.

Great location!

Great location near the slopes. Only 6 minute walk to Peru Express lift. 10 minute walk to River Run Village. Plenty of space and awesome views!

Weekend Stay

Great spot. They had some board games, a VCR and VHS!! We showed our kids some old school movies. Kitchen was clean and accommodating as we made many meals at home. Showers were nice water pressure. Very easy check in and check out. Highly recommend.

Keystone ski trip

Overall this property was very well stocked, large, and easily accommodated our party. The location was very good and in close proximity to the Mountain House, which is a quieter side Keystone. Very nice hot tub right outside our door. Only issue we experienced - which isn't the fault of the owners - is the noise that the tenant above made on two of the nights we stayed. We will plan to return in the future.

Early Season Keystone

This was our first time in Keystone and we couldn’t have found a better place. Everything was as advertised and better. You are walking distance of both Peru lift and the Gondola, across the parking lot has everything you need from gear rentals, quick groceries and a few places to eat. 10/10 we’re already looking to book it again.

Great place to stay while skiing!!!

We loved everything about this property! Proximity to the mountain and bar/down town area was ideal. We walked to the Peru lift every morning and back each night. The hot tub was right outside the back door and we used it every night. The inside of the condo was spacious and comfortable. Zero complaints. Loved it!!!

Great place walking distance from Peru lift

This property is obviously cared for. I loved that small things like laundry and dish detergent were provided and easy to find. Floors and bathrooms appeared recently updated. Furniture was older but clean and comfortable. Check in and check out we’re seamless. I would stay here again. Thanks!!

A great option in keystone

I spent two weeks at this unit and had two moose greet me in the pond directly behind my unit. The location in keystone is great and for a family or a couple or a couple of friends, this unit could not be better in terms of price and living space. Summit mountain properties is the manager and they are the best. You can have confidence in your VRBO rental if it’s managed by Summit.

Excellent choice for ski trip

Condo was exactly as pictured in description. Fully stocked kitchen, everything one could need. Lots of glassware, cups, silverware. Unit was spotless, beds were comfortable, lots of blankets and towels. First floor location was super close to hot tub, also right next to ski locker. Fireplace was grat because it was very cold during our visit. Unit is maybe 5-7 walk to Mountain House lifts, out back door and across boardwalk to back of base area parking lot. It was faster than driving and parking. Will definitely try to return in the future.

Nice and relaxing

We enjoyed our time in Keystone. The weather was great and being able to walk out onto the deck to enjoy it was nice. Walking trails and river were very relaxing and pleasant.

An enjoyable stay

We, as a family of four (two adults and two kids), stayed at the property for two nights. The property is clean and well maintained. It's very close to the Keystone ski resort; we ended up going to ski at A basin, and the property is about 10 min driving to A basin so we couldn't be happier. One minor thing is the kitchen could have been stocked with a little more food, given that Keystone is not the most convenient place to go grocery shopping. When we arrived, the kitchen only some cooking oil, a few spices, a bag of floor, a bottle of maple syrup, a bag of oatmeal, and a few other items. Overall, it's a nice place and I would recommend.

Good stay but a few things not great

The instructions on the location and checkin were very helpful!! Location was wonderful. Layout nice & the bathrooms/bedrooms were very clean. However, when we walked in the condo, it smelled like mildew or mold. My daughter & I went to get Glade spray and baking soda/vinegar to absorb smells. Dishes/silverware not clean. Food stuck on a lot of items. I washed everything before using it. Trash under couch, random contact lens stuck to bathroom floor, sink plug wouldn’t stay up so I rigged it with a butter knife. Would stay again if guaranteed to be a little cleaner in the main areas.
