This coming from someone who ran up a 415 dollar bill on the cable company also there’s four types of roaches here in Florida 3 of them liveoutside one flies I can not keep all of them out especially when it gets really cold outside I do my best be grateful it’s not a snake inside the house and yes it’s happened

Great place

We were very happy with our stay. We were met promptly & given information & had no need to contact the owner the rest of our stay. House was spic & span and had just about everything we needed. Loved the screened in lanai & the pool. Acouple of suggestions: the beds in the right side of the house are very creaky and could be replaced and a set of measuring cups (dry & wet) would be great. We loved being able to park in the garage. The extra beach towels were nice to have. Overall, we were very happy with the house and would absolutely stay there again.

Family vacation during the 4th

We stayed for an entire week. Place was clean, everything as described. The owner was more than helpful, extremely quick to respomd when i needed anything. Pool was lovely, beds were very soft and comfy. When i originally read reviews i was leery because 2 of the prior reviews werent real great but we had no problems w any types of pest of any kind during our stay and i would absolutely recommend this place for family stays as he was a very nice and very helpful gentlemen to deal with and the home was perfect for our needs.
