Beautiful 3 BR Home|Saltwater Pool|Fenced Yard|8 Min to Weeki Wachee River

Enjoy a taste of Florida in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home centrally located near shops and restaurants. Kitchen is fully equipped, dining room table is large, and the living room is spacious. The living room has a Roku enabled TV and all 3 bedrooms have wall mounted Fire TVs (cable TV is not provided). Outside, you will find a fenced backyard, screened in lanai, and a saltwater above ground pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Within walking distance, you will find grocery stores, restaurants, and banks. The Weeki Wachee River is a short 8 minute drive; we highly recommend kayaking this beautiful spring-fed river. Drive another 10 minutes or so, and you are at Pine Island, where you can enjoy gorgeous Florida sunsets.


As this is a rapidly growing residential neighborhood, guests can expect to hear some noise, such as traffic, neighbors, possible construction, etc. You may also expect to see lots of Florida wildlife. Please be sure to keep windows and doors shut to help minimize any of our critter friends from entering the home. Some critters you may expect to see are lizards, ants, palmetto bugs, mosquitoes, grasshoppers, etc.

Please note, there is a Ring doorbell, which records video and audio, located by the front door. Tampering with the doorbell or obstructing view in any way is not allowed.

Should you need to access the EV charger during your stay, please specify upon booking.

We loved our stay and hope to stay there again. We live in the cold north, and staying over Christmas, we loved spending time in the sunroom! I also loved the interior design. I want to hire the person who chose the wall hangings, furniture, and other design elements. The coffee maker and some other kitchen items were slightly dirty, but the house was very clean overall. The owner thought of little details that make a big difference, including a hand mirror in the bathroom. That is an item that is difficult to pack, so I appreciated having one there.

We rented this property because of the approximate to Weeki Watchee. Perfect spot. Nice and secure house. Above ground pool, not heated but nice. Grandkids loved it all.

Our stay at Sarah’s place was wonderful!! The property is very well stocked for convenience. Our family really enjoyed the smart tvs in every room and the pool and deck were AMAZING! The host quickly addressed any questions that arose during my stay and made sure that everything went smoothly for us. Super close to grocery stores and restaurants if you don’t feel like cooking. The kitchen is equipped with just about any thing you can think of. The house is gorgeous and very clean! Really exceeded our expectations, we’ll definitely be back!!!
