We really enjoyed our stay here for parents weekend. The property manager was very helpful with the one issue we had (coffee maker). Super clean, plenty of room for family, and dog friendly. Willd definitely stay here again and would recommended to anyone coming to Tuscaloosa. We were about 8 minutes from the stadium by car for reference to campus.

Great property, great location! Very family friendly, the backyard is ideal for kids of all ages (even the adult ones), and a produce stand at the end of the street was a bonus.

Great Stay!

We stayed here while visiting my daughter for parents weekend. The home was close to campus in a quiet neighborhood. We found the home to be very clean and with all the amenities we needed.

We enjoyed our stay here. It's such a cute house. It's located in a quiet area & is close to campus. It was comfortable, clean & had plenty of room. We appreciated having the fenced in back yard since we traveled with our dogs. The host was very responsive & helpful. We would definitely recommend to others & would stay here again.

Great location! Close to all the activities for an Alabama game! We came to see our beloved UW Badgers play Univ of Alabama. Although we lost, we had a fabulous time in ‘Bama! House was perfect for our group & very clean & welcoming! We very much enjoyed our weekend and time in Alabama and at the Crimson Cottage!

Crimson Cottage

We have stayed at this home several times over the last several years to visit our son and his family. The property was sold recently and there was some transition that had to happen with Vrbo. Both the old owner and new owner reached out to me to help with that transition. Communications was great. Also, Kane honored my requests to have a blender in the kitchen, additional wash cloths in the bathroom and to remove Fabreze pods from the outlets. He was very nice to accommodate these requests. I will continue to stay at this home. It is the perfect location being close to our son in Northport and the home suits our needs.

We decided to be a host so we could help provide a great experience for others looking to attend The University of Alabama and for those that want to enjoy the most Amazing experience of SEC Football!

Why they chose this property

Northport is a great Neighborhood that is less than 3 miles from Campus. Northport has a charming little downtown with restaurants and close enought to Downtown Tuscaloosa that allows you to get there in just a few minutes to enjoy all that T-Town has to offer. During the summer months the home is close to Lake Tuscaloosa to enjoy the wonders the lake has to offer.

What makes this property unique

This property boasts 3 large bedrooms that sleeps 9, 5 TVs, 1 outdoor grille, lighted patio/Trellis, with seating. The property offers a huge backyard perfect for playing outdoor games we offer such as Cornhole or bring a football as there is plenty of room to play catch. The Extra Space in the back of the garage offers Pop a Shot for those basketball enthusiests, lifesize Jenga, extra outdoor chairs, a full size Ping pong Table a 65" Flat Screen TV and if your feeling a little chilled--snuggle up infont of the outdoor firepit with your friends and family.
