Very nice camp and beautiful scenery

Very clean and comfortable camp. Plenty to do in the area. Enjoyed the beautiful drive through the mountains and seeing moose.

Beautiful Lakeside Cottage

This cottage met all of our expectations and then some. The waterside fire pit and kayaks made for enjoyable outside time with family and two level living made for ample space for all when inside. Rob was an excellent host, we highly recommend his lakeside cottage and hope to return next year.

Great place for snowmobiling

We had a great time at the lake house, the location was fantastic for snowmobiling, and was clean and well kept. The parking situation was difficult for trailers and the driveway was unplowed but with a little work we were able to get everything to fit.

Winter wonderland

This place was perfectly located for winter activities. We had direct access to the lake for ice fishing, snowshoeing and the snowmobile trails. It is also down the road to some eating establishments and LL Cote’s. The house had all the amenities with plenty room to relax and beautiful views of the lake.

A Peaceful Escape

We had a wonderful stay on Akers Pond. Errol is a very small town, but we came up to enjoy lake life. Rob has two kayaks, a canoe and a paddle boat which were perfect for relaxation or mild exercise. Spent time fishing from the dock, roasting marshmallows in the fire pit or playing games while enjoying the view. Loved seeing the loons on the pond and bald eagles across the pond in the treeline. LL Cote was close and very convenient for fishing gear, ice cream, local IPAs and minor necessities. There was a great brewery in Colebrook - Coös Brewing Company. Make sure to hit Walmart for your produce on the way to the house so you can enjoy grilling for the week. A quiet neighborhood and very peaceful. Bean Road - about two blocks down was great for walks. House was super clean and had everything we needed.
