Cottage on Akers Pond

Come and enjoy a relaxing vacation. Visit this spectacular, waterfront home located directly on Akers Pond in Errol, NH. The end of street location makes this property serene.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table. Smart TV in the Living Room with Wi-Fi. Full bath with shower (no tub).

Two bedrooms: One with a Queen size bed, and the other with two (2) Twin size extra long bunk beds (that will fit adults). Linens, blankets and pillows are NOT PROVIDED. Guests must bring their own.

The Cabin is located less than 25 feet from the water’s edge. Bring your flat bottom boats, canoe, and kayak as the water is shallow at this end.

Canoes and/or Kayaks may be able to rent in the center of town.

There is a public boat launch at the beginning of Akers Pond Road where you can launch your ski boat. Akers Pond does not have any restrictions for watercraft and is great for waterskiing, fishing, or just floating around on your pontoon boat.

Rates: $910/week plus rooms tax* and cleaning fee.

$200/night plus rooms tax* and cleaning fee. Two night minimum.

A $150.00 refundable deposit is required. Pending no damage during the rental or excessive cleaning, it will be fully refunded within 7 days of departure.
