Soaring Eagle 414 - 1 Bedroom Studio with Full Bath- BEDDING: queen Bed and a Queen pull-out Sleeper Sofa. This Studio unit is ideal for solo travelers, couples, or a family with small children. The unit boasts a full kitchen equipped with full-sized appliances making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. It features a queen-sized bed and a convenient pull-out sleeper sofa, perfect to be your cozy retreat. You can also enjoy a toasty evening unwinding by the gas fireplace after a full day of skiing or mountain biking.

​​​​​​SLOPE SIDE Soaring Eagle is located about a mile from Snowshoe Village and is well-connected to trail systems for bicycling, hiking, and walking.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Air Conditioning, Underground Heated Parking Garage, Deck / Balcony, Elevators, Hearth Room with Fireplace, Fitness Room, Jacuzzi on the patio terrace, Free Resort Shuttle Service, Bike Friendly Lodging, Ski Storage Lockers, Restaurant and Bar on Site (Seasonal), and On-Site Laundry Facility. The complex has stunning views, adjacent to the Soaring Eagle Express Lift. Located about a mile from Snowshoe Village, and is well connected to trail systems for bicycling, hiking, and walking.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Everything was as advertised. We loved the location for skiing! It’s right at the lop of the chair lift and you can ski down easily with children who know how. Greens all the way to the lift that takes you up to the main village. I would stay here again for sure.

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.
